We’re really looking forward to our first big school holidays of 2020 and can’t wait to get going with this year’s Easter Camp.  Once again, we’re operating out of our Bothwell and Hamilton bases, and have a packed programme planned for the kids attending.  This year we’ll be taking part in fun fitness games, arts and crafts, creative arts, wall climbing, laser tag, sports, scavenger hunts, outdoor fun, quizzes, team challenges, soft play, park visits and outings.  The camps provide activities for children aged from 4 to 14 years and are suitable for both boys and girls.

Easter Activity Camp Details

Dates & Times

This Camp is available midweek throughout the Easter Holidays with camps on the weeks commencing Monday 6th and Monday 13th April.  Our full day session runs from 9.30am-4.30pm, with half days from 9.30am-12.30pm and 1.30-4.30pm.  If you are looking for an early drop-off, you can do so from 8.45am in Bothwell and 8.30am in Hamilton. You can drop off for the afternoon session from 1.00pm at both venues.


Bothwell – Our Bothwell camp returns once more to St Brides Pastoral Centre on Fallside Road, Bothwell, G71 8BA.  We have used this for a number of years now and it provides us with a large activity hall, kitchen, small studio room and a large enclosed garden.

Hamilton – Our Hamilton camps will operate from our Activity Centre, which is located on Argyle Crescent, Hillhouse Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 9SL.  This venue offers us activity rooms, soft play, climbing wall and a cafe.


The cost of a full day is £20.00 and a half day is £12.00, although we do have discounted rates for bookings of 5 days or more (these do not need to be consecutive), with 5 full days costing £90.00 and 5 half-days costing £50.00.  We also offer Friends & Family discount of £5.00 off each person when there is more than one child on your booking for 5 days or more.  You should note that the price you see at the time of booking may not be your final total.  We will adjust this for any discounts due and will send you a new invoice.  If you feel that you are due a discount then please do not pay in full at the time of booking.

Payment Information

We require full payment on or before your first day at camp.  This can be paid in advance in installments or in full, and can be done in the following ways:

  • Online – Our online booking system allows you to make card payments through your account (details of this are contained in the booking information below)
  • Cash – We can take cash payments at both the Hamilton and Bothwell venues.
  • Bank Transfer – You can pay directly from your bank and the account details you need are shown on the booking form once you have confirmed your booking.
  • Card Payment – This facility is ONLY available at our Hamilton venue.
  • Childcare Vouchers – We are also able to accept childcare vouchers for our camps too, so please let us know if you intend to do this and we will forward on the relevant account details.
Food Options

Bothwell – Children should bring a packed lunch, drinks and snacks with them.  As well as lunch, we also stop for a morning and afternoon snack.  We are able to provide extra water at this venue if required.

Hamilton – Children have the option here of bringing either their own packed lunch, drinks and snacks or getting a Meal Deal.  This costs £3.00 and includes snacks, meal, drinks and a treat.  If you wish to have the Meal Deal, just let the staff know on arrival at Camp.  There is also a tuck shop available at this venue.

Activity Information & Kit-lists

Prior to each week at Camp, we will send out information containing the activities that are taking place each day and details of any additional resources or clothing that may be required.  Generally, the children should simply wear clothing and footwear suitable for running around in, and their packed lunch and snack (if this is their food choice).  Additional clothing may only be required for outdoor or water-based/messy activities, but we will let you know when they need to bring this. If children are coming for multiple days, they are welcome to leave additional/spare clothing at the venues.

Booking Information

We have introduced a new booking system this year to replace ClubsBuddy.  This system can be accessed through this website and a link for it is posted at the bottom of this page.

We hope that this system is straightforward for you, but if you have any issues or questions, just get in touch with us by clicking here.

The system we are using is run by Class4Kids, and if you already have an account set up, then you can log in using your existing details, but if this is your first time doing it, you can create a new account and use it for all subsequent bookings.

Once you find the Camp you are looking for, just click on the ‘Info & Bookings’ tab.  On this new page, click on either ‘Book Now’ or ‘Select Dates to Book’.  Here, you can either log in or create a new account.  If it is a new account, just fill out all the necessary details, and once you have done this, you will be taken to the page where you can select your days.  If you have not registered a child yet, you will be asked to do this, and once this is completed, you will be taken to your order page.  Here, you can either add another child or complete your order.

Important Information – If you click to complete your order, then your child will be placed immediately on the register for the chosen days.  At this stage, you do not need to pay anything, but if you wish to, payment details will appear on the proceeding order confirmation page (here, you will also see a couple of drop-down menus.  The top one outlines alternative methods of payment and the bottom one provides details of  the days and times you booked). If you are not sure about your booking at this point, please don’t click the complete order tab.  If you do click this but later change your mind, you will need to contact us directly by phone (01698 200020) or email (info@future-stars.co.uk).

As we mentioned above, if you feel you qualify for a discount, do not pay at the time of booking.  Once we receive your order, we will review what you have booked and send you an adjusted invoice.

Account Log-In

You can access your account at any time to see your details, check bookings or to make any payments.  To do this, just log in to your account at any time by clicking on https://bookings.class4kids.co.uk/dashboard/login.  If you will be using this system regularly, it may be worth bookmarking this page on your device.
