Mark is running in this year’s Stirling Marathon on Sunday 21st May to raise funds for Parkinson’s UK.
UPDATE: Mark successfully completed the course with a new personal best of 3 hours 55 minutes and 47 seconds, and his efforts managed to raise just under £500.00 for Parkinson’s UK. There are not many parts of his body that don’t hurt this week, but it was all worth it, knowing that the effort went a little way to helping a charity close to his heart. He has already started planning to do it all again next year, and will soon be looking for others to take on a big running challenge as he launches a fitness and running club for children and adults. Look out for more information on this site and Facebook soon.
He’s keeping open his just giving page till the end of May, so if you still want to donate, just click on the link below.
